Creating Roles

In order for you to have users in the system you will have to create Roles in the back office.

First log in with your unique URL.   Example: and navigate your way to User Management on the left panel.
Let's add a New Role.
  1. Click on Add New Role Icon in the upper right corner of the User Management Page.
  2. Choose a name for the role....ex. Night Manager
  3. Choose the permissions for that role.

If you ever want to change a permission you can always change it under  User  Management just to the right of each Role .  This table scrolls to the right to access all permissions.

You have just created your first role.  Let's go and make a user to apply to that role.
